Luis Thomsen MSc.

Osteopath

Originally from New Zealand, Luis brings a calm presence and thoughtful approach to the One&All team. He has worked in both Australia and New Zealand, treating a wide range of clients with acute injuries, chronic pain, breathing dysfunction and stress-related tension.

Luis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Biology) and a Master of Osteopathy. His postgraduate research explored the relationship between breathing patterns, anxiety and osteopathic care. This informs his evidence-based, hands-on approach, combining structural and functional techniques to support long-term recovery.

He uses joint manipulation/mobilisation, soft tissue techniques and personalised self-management strategies to help clients build strength and confidence in their bodies. Luis values working in a collaborative team environment and believes great care starts with clear communication and tailored planning.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find him exploring Sydney’s coastal walks or continuing his professional development. At One&All, he’s here to help you move better, feel stronger and breathe easier.
