Lachlan Melville BSc.

Physiotherapist

A physiotherapy graduate from Charles Sturt University, Lachlan brings a grounded, hands-on approach to helping people recover from injury and return to doing what they love.

Having grown up in Bathurst and competed in rugby from a young age, Lachlan understands firsthand the physical and mental demands of sport and the importance of getting back to full function. He draws on experience across sports physiotherapy and post-surgical rehabilitation to diagnose and manage both acute and chronic injuries, guiding patients with confidence from initial assessment through to discharge.

Lachlan’s approach centres on individualised care, taking the time to understand not just your injury, but your goals and lifestyle. He designs tailored rehabilitation programs with a strong focus on progressive loading, clear treatment planning, and measurable outcomes. Alongside one-on-one consultations, he delivers group-based therapy including strength and conditioning and Reformer Pilates classes.

Beyond the clinic, Lachlan serves as a physiotherapist for the Manly Marlins Rugby Union Football Club. A role that keeps him deeply connected to the sporting community he is passionate about supporting.

When he’s not in the clinic, you’ll find Lachlan settling in for a long day on the golf course, strolling the leafy streets of Artarmon, or cheering on the mighty Cronulla Sharks.
