Assessment & Diagnosis
Our team conduct a thorough assessment to understand your unique needs, examining structural alignment, mobility, posture, and functional movement patterns. This forms the foundation for your personalised treatment plan.
Hands-on Treatment
Our osteopaths, remedial massage therapists, and/or physiotherapists provide hands-on treatment to address your specific needs. Using manual techniques, exercises, and technology, we strive to enhance mobility and alleviate discomfort.
Exercise Rehab & Education
Our team offer individualised exercise rehabilitation, focusing on targeted exercises to restore mobility, strengthen the body, and alleviate pain. Throughout, we educate you about your condition and empower you with self-care knowledge for long-term involvement in your recovery.
Group Classes
Group classes, led by clinical pilates instructors, complement one-on-one sessions, reinforcing learned habits and techniques. While we don’t offer group classes in-clinic, we’re happy to refer you to trusted partners to complement your treatment and maintain progress.

Meet Luis Thomsen
Osteopath | Master of Osteopathic Medicine, Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Osteopathic Studies)
Originally from New Zealand, Luis brings a calm presence and thoughtful approach to the One&All team. He has worked in both Australia and New Zealand, treating a wide range of clients with acute injuries, chronic pain, breathing dysfunction and stress-related tension.
Luis holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Human Biology) and a Master of Osteopathy. His postgraduate research explored the relationship between breathing patterns, anxiety and osteopathic care. This informs his evidence-based, hands-on approach, combining structural and functional techniques to support long-term recovery.
He uses joint manipulation/mobilisation, soft tissue techniques and personalised self-management strategies to help clients build strength and confidence in their bodies. Luis values working in a collaborative team environment and believes great care starts with clear communication and tailored planning.
