Ginger Hansen MSc.
Osteopath
Originally hailing from Melbourne and a proud 2018 graduate of Victoria University, Ginger has spent the years since working in regional Victoria, supporting a diverse community – from farmers and expecting mothers to children and the elderly.
As a hands-on osteopathic practitioner, Ginger embraces a wide range of techniques, including soft tissue massage, joint mobilisation, muscle energy techniques (MET), myofascial release, balanced ligamentous tension (BLT), dry needling, and rehabilitation. Her approach is deeply rooted in the belief that the body is interconnected, and by addressing the root cause, true healing can begin.
Ginger’s passion for osteopathy is matched by her love for movement. From Calisthenics and dance to skiing and Pilates, she has always believed that movement is a powerful key to longevity. Now based in Sydney, she’s eager to explore the stunning local landscapes, especially the Blue Mountains, through hiking and outdoor adventures. At One&All, she’s committed to guiding others on their injury journeys, helping them discover how small, intentional changes can have a lasting impact on both the body and mind.
